Every workout has a desired stimulus and training effect. Don't miss your chance to improve your fitness by going heavier than you should. Choose a weight and rep count that keeps you moving well and gives you the desired training effect (ask your coach if you don’t know what that is!). You’ll stay safe, you’ll get fitter and before you know it you’ll be doing more workouts at the prescribed weights.
