BAND PULL Aparts

“Looks so easy, hurts so good"

We love accessory exercises that hit the muscles we don’t use every day in our workouts.  Band pull aparts are a huge part of shoulder health and upper back development. You can tolerate a lot of volume on these too.  

Grab an exercise band at a width that gives you tension throughout the movement. Hold your arms straight out in front of you, and pull the band apart until your arms are parallel to your body.  Squeeze your shoulder blades together. 

Accumulate 100 of these a couple times per week. You’ll be glad you did!
