We’ll start by learning about your schedule, access to equipment, past experience, and what your goals are now.
In your first week you’ll complete 3 simple assessment workouts where we’ll hone in on the areas where we can make the most progress.
After your assessment workouts, we’ll tailor our proven training methods to your customized workouts week by week.
Every week you’ll see your workouts in our app, complete with full instructions and video demos of all exercises.
You work out on your schedule, not ours.
You’ll never wonder what you are supposed to do, or how to do it.
You’ll have full access to your coach through the app, where you will record your workout results, upload form check videos for your coach, and receive feedback after every single workout.
We’ve taken the best parts of personal training and put them into a much more affordable, convenient experience.
