Today’s workout is for quality, so take your time and focus on each rep as you do it.

Try your best to maintain a nice hollow position on the hollow rocks and not use your arms and legs excessively.  

For the diamond pushups, keep your hands close.  Put your thumbs and index fingers almost together.  Remember to keep your elbows in tight and not flared out to the sides.  Touch your chest to the floor each rep.  

The dips can be done on a box (beginner), parallel bars (intermediate) or rings (advanced).  If you’re doing them on a box you can adjust the difficulty by moving your feet closer or further from the box.  Squeeze your triceps at the top of each rep to get the most out of this exercise.
