RING Rows

If you think ring rows are just for beginners, think again.

Take advantage of the benefits of doing ring rows as part of your training or warmup.  They are fantastic for building a bigger stronger back and healthier shoulders. 

Do 3 sets of 10-15 ring rows twice a week and see the benefits for yourself.  BONUS… do them with an underhand grip, and watch your biceps grow.
