This is not for time, so take your time!  Make every rep count.  The thing that makes accessory work beneficial is the quality of the movement and the muscle contraction.  Choose weights that allow you to perform the movements STRICT without swinging.

Recommended weights would a pair of ‘heavy’ dumbbell’s for the bent over rows, ‘medium’ for the press and curls, and a ‘light’ pair of dumbbell or plates for the lateral raises.
