BURPEE Technique

MAKE BURPEES EASIER AND FASTER

The Burpee is a full body exercise that takes you from your feet, to the ground, and back to your feet again. They get your heart beating fast and literally take your breath away.  They will most likely show up in your exercise routine so let’s talk about how to make yours better!

Instead of slowly lowering yourself to the ground with your arms, drop hard! This will eliminate the eccentric part of the movement, saving your arms and chest.

When you get up, POP at the hips, with almost straight legs and avoid landing in a squat that you have to then stand up from.

Spread your feet out wide, and bring them back together when you jump and clap.
