REST IS TRAINING

We’re as guilty as anyone who loves fitness at not wanting to take enough rest days.

The fact is, without rest, there can be no adaptation (gains) to the stress we are incurring in the gym.  You can literally beat yourself down in the gym day after day and never make progress if you don’t recover.

So next time you feel like just getting in a quick workout on your rest day, remember that the REST is a  part of your training.
