HOW MUCH WATER TO DRINK

Your momma or your doctor may have told you that you need to drink 8 glasses of water every day to stay healthy.  

The truth is, we don't really know exactly how much water we should be drinking.  Lately, I've seen more nutritionists/doctors settling around "drink half your bodyweight in oz per day".  So if you weigh 150lb's you would drink 75 oz of water.  That's a little more than 2 full large Nalgene style bottles.  

Factors like elevation, age and activity level should be considered also.  If you're one of those super sweaty people or you live in hot and humid Houston, you need to kick it up a notch.  

Try not to cram your daily water intake in all at once.   Get a bottle that you can have near you that allows you to spread your intake out across the day . 

Staying hydrated will lead to better energy, better fat loss, healthy skin and hair and a 6 pack abs.  (Just seeing if you were paying attention).
