Home Gym Equipment You’ll Actually Use

Not all gym equipment provides the best bang for your buck (lookin’ at you, vibration platforms). And as more folks are working out from home with online fitness coaches (like us!), allow us to share some of our fave go-to pieces.

Abmat: Better sit-ups for about 30 bucks.

We don’t always do sit-ups…but when we do, we love using the ABMAT.

Positioned under the lower back, the ABMAT lets you fully extend your abs muscles, while also supporting your low back.

Slam Ball - Conditioning for about 30 bucks.

If it’s hard to find workout equipment where you are right now, get yourself a slam ball!

The Slam Ball challenges you from head to toe by moving the ball from the ground to overhead and then slamming it down again.

Expect a pump UP in your heart rate, your arms and shoulders and your legs.

Slam Balls are affordable, easy to use, small to store and long lasting.

All our best,
