CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Bill

Meet Bill. Bill is awesome. Bill was frustrated before he started working with us. Bill trusted us and has been consistent. Bill is still awesome, but no longer frustrated. Be like Bill.

I turned 50 last year, which is still hard for me to get my mind around, and during that year I pulled three muscles. I’ve always been physically active, but after all of those pulled muscles I realized that something had to change. On top of that I was on a consistent track of gaining weight. I would go to the gym regularly (4x/week) and do various weight training on the machines, doing the typical recommendation of chest one day, shoulders another day, legs another day, all of that followed by half an hour of cardio. That wasn’t working.

I met Jonathan and Blakley years ago when they and my partner worked out at the same CrossFit gym before they opened their own gym. It didn’t take long to realize that they are good people. Jonathan‘s incessant Instagram posts about Digital Barbell made me interested in the concept. After a phone call from him, I joined and I am glad that I did.

I am a bit of a gym-a-phobe in the sense that I for whatever stupid reason am intimidated by people at the gym who are far more advanced than I am. Digital Barbell has helped me overcome all of that. It’s a simple, highly-customized workout plan with no competitive BS. I am very happy where all of this is headed and highly recommend them for anyone, considering how customized their program is. At first the price per month seemed high but at this point I consider it a bargain.
