First

5x Spiderman + Reach per side

10x Cossack Squats

10x Boot-strappers

10x Air Squats

With an empty barbell

5x Deadlift

5x Hang Clean

5x Front Squat

5x Strict Press

Bring barbell to back rack on 5th rep

5x Elbow Rotations 

5x Back Squat

Bring barbell back to front rack

5x Deadlift

You can also exchange the clean with a snatch and the front squat with an overhead squat.
