Grab a friend (or your wife) and get busy! Your score is the combined number of reps/calories. Decide how you are going to break up the work. Only one person gets to work at a time though.
We went 5 and 5 on the cleans, 10 and 10 on the pushups and wall ball, 10 and 10 on the snatch and :30 each on the row.
Shoot for 100 points per round!
