L Sits

STRONG CORE = STRONG BODY

We’re not huge fans of endless sit-ups.  There are healthier way to build a strong and defined core.  One alternative is to get on a pair of bars, rings, parallettes or between two boxes and do 3 sets of max L-sit holds.  If you cannot hold an L-sit, keep your knees up above your waist, but let your feet hang down.
