KETTLEBELLS AND Burpees

KETTLE BELL Swings

5 BURPEES Over KB after each set (including the last)

Choose a weight that will allow you to get each set of kettle bell swings unbroken (a dumbbell will even work if you don’t have a kettle bell).  After each set of swings, perform 5 burpees with a lateral jump over your kettle bell.  Scale to a step over if needed.  Let’s see if we can get this done in under 10!  

Get warm, get ready, then 3 2 1 Let’s GO!!
