IT STARTS WITH Nutrition (Part 1)


THE FOOD WE EAT IS WHAT FUELS OUR BODY


Take a look at the theoretical hierarchy of development of an athlete from CrossFit HQ.  This not only applies to an elite athlete like JJ Watt, but to us too! It all starts with nutrition. 


Before we can improve our ‘game’ (whether we are a CrossFitter, a pick up basketball player, a coach to our kids t-ball team, or a mom running through each day navigating kids and responsibilities), we must dial in what we are fueling our bodies with.


In the next four weeks we’ll break down where to begin and the steps you can take to take charge of your nutrition to help you achieve your goals.
