BARBELL Curls

YOU CAN DO CURLS, WE WON’T TELL ANYONE

Like it or not, curls are functional and they aren’t going anywhere. The most effective curl variation for arm size and strength is the barbell curl.  Don’t cheat your reps.  Keep your elbows back and get a full contraction of the bicep at the top.  3 sets of 8-12 reps and add weight each workout! Doctor’s orders!
