You've Plateaued

Walk in to any gym any day and there are people who are dedicated.  They train 5 days a week.  They come in and do their "routine" week after week and yet they still look and feel the same and do not get stronger.  HERE's THE REASON. Their bodies have adapted to the stress of their routine and their muscles have no reason to grow and get stronger.  Their body has achieved that capacity that has been required of it. 

They are overlooking the most important principal of making progress in training. It’s called progressive overload. 

You absolutely, 100%, positively, no doubt about it must be adding weight or adding reps in order to make progress. Give your body a reason to change. 

Get organized in your training. Write it down.  Know what you did today, so you can do more tomorrow.
