5 Rounds for Quality

10 Dumbbell Lunges Each Leg (non alternating)

10 Pushups

10 Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts

1:00 Minute Plank (each round)

Here’s a good workout that should be done with control and a focus on quality.  Recommended dumb bell weights are 35-50lbs for men and 20-35lbs for women.

For the lunges, hold both dumbells down at your side and step backwards for each lunge, completing all 10 reps on one leg before doing the leg.

The stiff leg deadlifts should be done holding both dumbbells on the front of your legs. Slide the weights down your legs while hinging at the waist.  Keep the back neutral and the shoulders back.
