GET MORE UNBROKEN WALL BALLS WITH THESE TIPS
Wall balls tax the entire body.
Here’s a couple of tips to help you get more reps without breaking.
Let your arms drop momentarily between reps. Immediately after you let go of the ball at the top, let your arms fall. This lets a little blood into the arms, and gives the shoulders a brief break.
Next tip: Time your reps so you catch the ball near the bottom of your squat. No need to catch it up high, and do a weighted eccentric squat every rep!
