SLED Pushes

SMART CONDITIONING THAT WON’T MAKE YOU SORE!

The beautiful part about pushing the sled (besides how amazingly taxing it is) is that it really won’t make you sore.  There’s no eccentric contraction since it’s pushing only.  Use the sled either as an interval workout - (sprint then rest) or as a 15-20 minute steady state conditioning workout.  Watch out though, It’ll sneak up on you.
