THE LOW Hanging Fruit

IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE

We all get hung up the minutia when we are planning how to accomplish a goal.  Sometimes we overthink it so much we end up doing nothing or worse, taking steps backwards.

When it comes to your health and fitness, focus on the big things first.  Get 7-8 hours of sleep.  Drink enough water.   Eat protein at every meal.  Avoid stress as much as possible.  Speak to yourself kindly.  Avoid foods that make you feel poorly.  You can probably get half way to your goals just focusing on these things before you get bogged down in the details.
