We love rows.  All kinds of rows.  Bent over rows, seated rows, dumbbell rows…

Things like bench presses get a lot of love because who doesn’t want to look like a stud benching 2 plates in the gym, but rows are where it’s at.

A big strong back is a sign of someone who understands smart training.

Mix a couple different row variations into your training every week.  Try to accumulate about 6-10 sets of 8-12 reps and I guarantee you will see and feel a big difference in a few months of consistent work.
