Want to see real progress in your training? Get yourself a notebook or journal and keep track of what you are doing!

The only way to keep making progress is to know what you did yesterday so that you can do a little bit more tomorrow.  It’s called progression.  The body adapts to what you do and makes itself stronger so you’ll be able to tackle more next time!

Write it down and watch yourself make progress over time!
