3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:

25 Ring Rows 

25 Pushups 

25 Kettlebell Swings

This workout has all kinds of interference in it.  Your biceps and lats will be pumped from the ring rows and they wont get much of a break on the pushups before you're on to the kettlebell swings.

Prescribed weight for the Kettlebell swings is 53/35.
