20 MIN AMRAP

7 DB THRUSTERS

7 BURPEES

With a buddy, one person going at a time, complete 7 dumbbell thrusters and 7 burpees.  Buddy 2 rests while buddy 1 does their 14 reps and vice versa.  Back and forth for 20 minutes.  

Short work, short rest.  Refer back to  Monday morning’s post on the glycolytic energy system for reference 🙂
