15 DB Snatch E/A 50/35

15 DB  Hang Clean & Jerk 50/35

We’ve mashed up two classic CrossFit workouts today and swapped out the barbell for a pair of dumbbells. 

Do 15 dumbbell snatch each arm and then go immediately into 15 hang clean and jerks.

Go for a big set right off the bat before that grip fatigue sets in and slows you down!
