When you break, 100 ft suitcase carry (50 E/A)

You can never have enough core work!

We’ve got 5 rounds coming at you today.  

Drop down into a hollow position hold.  Whenever you break, pop up and go for a 100ft suitcase carry holding 1 heavy dumbbell or kettlebell at your side. 

When you return, drop back down for 4 more max hold sets!

It’s gonna burn!
