HELPING OTHERS

You're a good person and you want to help others.  If you're on a journey of health and fitness in your own life, it has probably occurred to you to try and help your friends and family who are headed down an unhealthy or self destructive path.

It's been our experience that just continuing to be a good example and being open to questions when/if they are asked is the most productive thing that you can do.  People's health and fitness is a very sensitive and personal subject and in general, people don't want to be told what to do.  

Love on people, be the best version of yourself you can be and be ready when someone wants your help.
