Thanksgiving has passed, Christmas is soon approaching and then before you know it, it's time for New Year's Resolutions.
How about getting a jump start on those resolutions now? What small steps can you start taking now to form habits that will be a piece of cake to continue with in January?
How about getting up early to spend time journaling?
Maybe start tracking your protein intake to make sure you're getting enough?
Is your goal to work out 5x per week? Start now and build up to that!
My point is, we have limited time on this earth. If there is something you want to accomplish, you don't need an arbitrary starting date. Start now!
