3x10 Barbell Curls

3x15 Dumbbell Kickbacks

3x10 Incline Dumbbell Bench

Then:

1 Set Max Barbell Curls

1 Set Max Band Push Downs

1 Set Max Diamond Pushups

This one is ripped straight from one of this week’s workouts for online coaching members.  Each week we do multiple “pump” workouts designed to stimulate muscle growth and joint health.  And oh yeah, they burn a TON of calories too!  

Use a weight for each movement that is challenging (with perfect form) for the last 2 reps.

Get after it on the max sets at the end!
