ODD OBJECTS     

Life presents us with many opportunities to use our fitness in every day life.  These opportunities rarely come in the form of picking up a barbell or dumbbell out in the real world. 

Mix odd objects into your training to simulate these real-life tasks.  Pick up a sandbag and throw it over your shoulder.  Go for a walk carrying something awkward and heavy.  Get up off the floor holding a medicine ball. 

The things we do in the gym should have a carry over to improving our lives.
