15 MINUTE AMRAP

10 Jumping Squats

8 Diamond Pushups

6 Curls

Oh boy this is gonna be a good one! 

Partner 1 complete all 3 movements while partner 2 rests, then partner 2 goes while partner 1 rests.  Back and forth for 15 minutes!

Use an empty barbell for the curls, or dumbbells if you don’t have a barbell. 

Get it!
