LEAN ON ME

With A Buddy - 2 Mile Plate Carry (1 mile each) 45/35

Grab a buddy and a bumper plate.

Partner 1 completes a 1 mile carry with the plate.  Any time that the weight is set down or partner 1 stops moving, partner 2 does air squats during that time. 

Once partner 1 has completed their mile, partner 2 begins their mile with the same rules for the rest/air squats.
