LUNGES
Lunges are often overlooked since they cannot be loaded as heavily as squats. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be doing them.
They're a great way to build leg strength and increase coordination and balance. Do them without weight in higher reps to build endurance, or do them loaded to build hip, quad, glute and hamstring strength.
Different variations include: Step back lunges, walking lunges and step forward lunges. You can even do lateral lunges (cossack squats). The different variations will challenge different muscles groups. so try them all!
