CHANGE YOUR ENVIRONMENT

If your will power is not what you wish it was, look at changing your environment to help.  

Have trouble getting up when the alarm goes off? Move it across the room.  Struggle with resisting sweets?  Don't bring them into the house at all!  Waste too much time on your phone or computer?  Install an app that limits usage.

You can use these tricks to break habits and before you know it you won't need them anymore.
