CASE STUDY: TRAINING WITH ONE ARM

Jumping into a training program takes a lot of guts.  A lot of people ponder over the pros and cons for a long time before finally jumping in.  Imagine making the decision to jump when you can only use one of your arms!  That is what Jake did and today is he stronger (with both arms) for it!!  When he started with us he was facing his second surgery to repair a defective prosthetic in his elbow that was replaced after a bad fall. We are happy to announce that four months later he has almost 100% of his range of motion back and can actually train with both arms.

Be like Jake.

Don’t let fear, doubt or even an injury hold you back from becoming your best self!

Jump in and find out what you are capable of!

Here are a few words from the man himself:

"When you decide it's time to get healthy and you get over that mental hump about starting, the last thing you want is to wonder if you are doing the right stuff. How much more or how much less should I be eating? What type of workouts are right for me? You end up with analysis paralysis and ultimately get overwhelmed and just give up. I've done that a few times while trying to figure everything out on my own. With the DigitalBarbell team, the "I wonder If I should" thoughts are gone. They take time to understand you and your goals and then put together a program that is just for you. The confidence I have that I'm doing the right things have helped me overcome the un-fun parts of changing my diet for the better and the challenges of beginning a new workout routine. Thank you DB team, let's get it!"
