Arnold Press 3x8 

Incline Dumbbell Bench 3x8 

Band Push Downs 3x12 

Diamond Pushups 3x12

Bookmark this one for a day that you’re headed to the beach because you’re going to get pumped!

Choose weights for the bench press, Arnold press and dumbbell bench that are challenging by the 7th and 8th rep.

Use an exercise band hung on a pull-up bar for the push downs.
