SLED PUSHES

We posted about sled pushes back in May of 2018 but incase you are just joining us…  do you ever use sled pushes in your conditioning?

The beautiful part about pushing the sled (besides how amazingly taxing it is) is that it really won’t make you sore.  There’s no eccentric contraction since it’s pushing only.  Use the sled either as an interval workout - (sprint then rest) or as a 15-20 minute steady state conditioning workout.  Watch out though, It’ll sneak up on you.

Sled pushes really are a smart conditioning tool that won’t make you sore!
