DEATH BY SQUATS
If you’ve never done this one, you are in for a treat. Load up a barbell with about 50% of your 1 rep max.
Start a running clock. The first minute do 1 squat and rest for the remainder of the minute. The second minute do 2 squats. The third minute do 3 squats. Continue on this schedule until you can no longer compete the required squats for that minute.
Pro-tip: Have a big meal afterwards 🙂
