Not every workout has to be done with barbells and/or dumbbells.  We love using resistance bands in high reps to target certain muscle groups.

You might be surprised how hard you can make a workout using just simple exercise bands that you can pick up at a fitness supply store or on amazon. 

Our favorite exercises for resistance bands are for the arms, shoulders and upper back.  

Band pull apart can be done in very high reps.  They are fantastic for warming up the upper back and rear delts.
