GOALS | THE GREAT Motivator

It’s not always easy to stay motivated.  Who among us doesn’t procrastinate  from time to time?  Sometimes progress is slow and it’s easy to lose motivation.  

One way we can keep ourselves going is by setting goals along the way.   Goals can be big and small.  

“Get 7 hours of sleep”

“Drink enough water every day”

“Journal every morning”

“Get 4 workouts in this week”

If you have a big goal like “lose 50lbs”, it can be helpful to break it up into smaller goals that give you encouragement along the way as you reach them.
