HAVE ABS! 

(AND A LITTLE FAT TOO)

We've all heard the expression "abs are made in the kitchen." And yes, if you have excessive fat on your stomach, you'll never have visible abs.  There's nothing magical about having abs, but if that is one of your goals, we can offer you some help.  The hard truth: you're going to have to get lean.  This is done by eating less calories than you burn so your body will use it's fat stores for energy.  BUT!... while you do that you can also train your abs to GROW.  A larger muscle will be more defined and visible regardless of leanness than a smaller muscle.
