Dumbbell Bench

SAVE YOUR SHOULDERS, GRAB A PAIR OF DUMBBELLS

Bench pressing is awesome.  It’s the king of chest and front deltoid development. It’s not the only bench press variety though.  Mix in the dumbbell bench press and get the benefits of both exercises. Some people will find that if the barbell bench causes shoulder pain, they can still bench pain-free with dumbbells.   Just like the barbell bench press, pull your shoulder blades down and back behind you and keep your arms at about a 45 degree angle to your body.  Experiment with the incline and declined varieties too!
