HAVING NO PLAN IS A PLAN TO FAIL

We know that nutrition is the base of all successful health and fitness programs, but why is it so hard?  We’re all busy and it’s hard to make good choices when there are no good options. 

Take control of your choices. Plan ahead and bring meals and snacks with you whenever possible.  Invest in a small cooler bag and a couple of ice packs. 

Don’t get stuck out and about and be forced to buy fuel for your body at the same place you buy fuel for your car. 

Doing this consistently can be the difference between success and disappointment.
