How to get stronger for pull ups - Dumbbell Rows

DUMBBELL Rows

DO THESE AND IMPROVE YOUR PULL-UP STRENGTH IMMEDIATELY

Whether you are ready for that first pull-up, muscle up or you want to increase your gymnastics capacity… do dumbbell rows!  Keep them strict and don’t swing the weight.  Start with 3 sets of 8 and add reps each workout until you can do 12 at that weight.  Add 5-lbs, rinse and repeat.
