3x15 Close Grip DB Bench

3x10 Dips

3x10 DB Fly's

3 x Max Diamond Pushups

Your chest is going to be screaming for mercy after this one.

If you've never done close grip DB bench before... Grab a pair of dumbbells and lay on the bench.  Put the 4 dumbbells heads together with the dumbbell handles parallel to your body. Keep the dumbbells pressed together as you go up and down for the presses.

Do the dips on whatever you have.  Rings, dip bar, boxes...

Choose a medium weight for the DB Fly's.  One that is tough by the end of each round. 

Go as hard as you can on the diamond pushups!
