For Time:

Run 200m

Row or Bike for the time the 200m run took you.

Rest 1:00

Repeat until you accumulate 80 calories on the rower or bike. 

Looks so simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy!

Start the clock and take off for a 200m run.  When you get back, check the clock. Immediately hop on the bike or the rower (set to measure calories) and row/bike for however long the 200m run took you.  

Hop off and rest for 1 minute. After the minute rest, off you go for another 200m run.  

Repeat this cycle until you reach 80 calories on the rower or bike.  

Shoot for 4 or 5 rounds!
