SCREEN TIME 

Let’s try an experiment next week. Go into your phone’s settings and look how much screen time you used this week. 

Let’s try to swap 1/4 of that time for something more productive like learning, journaling, writing a loved one etc.   

So if you had 10 hours of screen time, accumulate 2.5 hours of “non-screen” time next week.  That’s less than 30 minutes per day.   

We can do this.
