THE RETURN OF THE 8 MINUTE PLANK
Back in June we posted what has turned out to be the most popular workout we’ve made up.
The original:
Accumulate 8 minutes in a plank. Every time you break perform:
12 air squats
12 pushups
12 Alternating DB Curl and Press (6 each arm)
For the remix we are changing the pushups to Diamond Pushups and the DB Curl and Press to Renegade Rows. So here it is:
Accumulate 8 minutes in a plank. Every time you break perform:
12 Air Squats
12 Diamond Pushups
12 DB Renegade Rows (6 each arm)
The diamond pushups are done with the thumbs and index fingers together. The recommended weight for the renegade rows is 35 for the men and 25 for the ladies.
